Markerstudy snaps up Zenith
Markerstudy Holdings has bought Zenith Insurance
Markerstudy Holdings has acquired Zenith Insurance, incorporating Link Insurance and the UK service company GHL Insurance Services, from Guardian Holdings.
With a £300m gross written premium target for 2010, to include acquisitions and organic growth, Markerstudy said this latest purchase secures £140m GWP for the group.
Kevin Spencer, Markerstudy Group CEO, said: "2010 will undoubtedly be an exhilarating year for us. Our intention is to operate both insurers separately, maintaining both brands
