Henderson buys John Reynolds Group
Deal involves Manchester-based credit insurance specialist.
Henderson Insurance has bought Manchester-headquartered John Reynolds Group, Insurance Age can reveal.
The news comes less than a fortnight after the firm said it was "on the verge of making at least one significant acquisition" as it celebrated going through the £30m revenue barrier in its 30th year of trading.
Henderson declined to comment on the latest news.
However according to a source the acquisition is likely to be confirmed next week.
John Reynolds Group was founded over 100 years ago
