Problem solvers: Level of organic growth in the market reveals brokers’ innovative approach

I have been writing about insurance for over eight years and during this time I’ve met many great people, some of whom can even remember the last hard market.

In fact, I’ve been writing about insurance for so long that the phrase the new normal has now actually become old.

Anyone who based their broking business model during this period on expectations of a hardening market will have had a terrible time. Nobody is predicting one now.

In a market where rates are moving rather than booming
