5 - Merger with Wilsons a “fantastic fit”, says Bollington’s Chris Patterson
Chris Patterson, group managing director at the Bollington Group, has hailed the broker’s deal to merge with Wilsons Insurance Brokers as a “very good marriage”.
“This is a real significant opportunity and we’re really pleased with it,” Patterson told Insurance Age.
“We’ve been working on it for a long period of time.” The merger followed investment from private equity firm Inflexion

FSCS gives first insight on increasing levy to £394m
