Covid has treated the insurance distribution sector, with notable exceptions, relatively kindly. The fact that the industry has proved so resilient has underpinned the investment thesis that the sector is both cash-generative and robust.  The majority of M&A activity in recent years has been focused on commercial lines, and indeed Covid has resulted in very few casualties among this group of brokers.

AUB reports Momentum and Movo deal costs
