Arag grows market presence with acquisition
Legal services provider Arag has acquired Capita Assistance's family and commercial legal expenses business portfolio.
While Arag has focused on growing its own before-the-event business portfolio over the past two years, managing director Tony Buss commented: "The purchase of the Capita portfolio will substantially increase our income overnight in our core broker and insurer markets.
