Airlines should refund Mexico flights, says InsureandGo
InsureandGo has called on airlines with services to Mexico to offer passengers a refund if their flights are cancelled as a result of Swine Flu.
Currently, the travel insurance provider said it feared passengers would only be offered a flight to another destination or to Mexico at a later date when it is safe to visit the country.
Perry Wilson, founder of InsureandGo, said: "Over 300,000 British people visited Mexico last year and we estimate that they spent as much as £240m flying there, which is a huge amount of money. Given this, we believe that if their flight is cancelled as a result of Swine Flu, they should be offered a full refund
