PlusOne appoints Operations Director
Third Party administrator PlusOne Services, has appointed Anna Todd as operations manager.
Ms Todd was previously site director with Sitel, a blue-chip global provider of contact centre services, where she was responsible for implementing a number of customer services procedures and initiatives. Her role previous to this was with mail order specialists, DPA Direct as customer services director.
