Two surveys by the Chartered Insurance Institute Group have highlighted that 22% of employers believed UK candidates lacked the right qualifications, while 16% could not find UK candidates with the right skills. The findings from the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) Winter Review 2008 showed that while graduate vacancies were more than 16% higher than last year, the insurance sector would be one of only two sectors not anticipating any growth in graduate recruitment.
