Cunningham Lindsay UK has developed and is piloting a number of IT related services which it says will prove beneficial for brokers.
After working closely with brokers the company has introduced two web-based interfaces that enable policyholders and insurers to track progress on any relevant claim.
Cunningham is now deploying their new policyholder web-claims tracking system, CustomerLink. The new system enables policyholders to stay fully in touch with the claim handling process, with real-time
