Higos Insurance Services has moved into the modified cars market with the acquisition of Newbury-based Sharp Insurance, its 10th such acquisition in four years. The purchase brought in £750,000 of motor business for Higos, which it claimed was part of its continued development to provide a complete service to its clients. Higos also confirmed that there were more acquisitions planned for early next year.
