Jonathan Swift elected co-ordinator of insurance’s APPG
At the annual general meeting of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Insurance and Financial Services (APPGIFS), Jonathan Swift, group editor-in-chief of Insurance Age and sister title Post, was elected as the APPGIFS’ co-ordinator.
Chairman Jonathan Evans MP, who was re-elected unanimously, took time out to praise Incisive Media's David Worsfold who previously filled the role.
He said: "This is a good occasion for me to thank David for all the work that he does to deal with the administrative support for us. With any all parliamentary group it is difficult to check that whatever support you are getting hasn't got an axe to grind.
