Synergy sale marks latest shake up in HNW sector

High net worth managing general agent (MGA), Synergy Insurance Services, has been purchased by Randall and Quilter.

A statement from Randall and Quilter said there would be “some planned restructuring actions” and that Synergy was expected to make a loss for the group in the 2011 financial year.
