Stackhouse Poland bosses complete MBO
High net worth specialist chiefs backed by Synova Capital.
Stackhouse Poland's executive chairman Jeremy Cary, director and head of private clients James Agnew and CEO Tim Johnson have completed a management buyout of the high net worth specialist firm for an undisclosed sum.
As part of the deal sales and marketing director Keith Hestor has sold his stake in the business ahead of his retirement.
The business was formed in 1974 and Cary, Agnew and Hestor undertook a management buy-in in 2001.
