HNW property premiums grow 2.2%

Castleacre publishes its annual high net worth property index and reveals some clients are “paying over the odds”.

Premiums for high net worth properties (HNW) grew 2.2% in 2014 according to the HNW property index published by broker Castleacre.

Castleacre director Hugo Johnsen said that by and large rates were unchanged. However he pointed out: "Insurers also link premium to inflation and there seems to be a variety of figures used here.
