Biba to issue Insurance Act guidance at May conference
Chief executive Steve White said the association is working with David Hertzell who was behind legislation.
The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) intends to publish guidance on the Insurance Act for members at its conference in May.
Steve White, the association's chief executive, told delegates at Insurance Age's UK Broker Summit 2015 that the law commissioner David Hertzell is helping the organisation put together its guidance.
The Biba chief said Hertzell was responsible for the legislation which was unanimously passed by MPs last month, has received Royal Assent and will come into force
