German deal will benefit UK brokers, says Acturis boss
Acturis chief David McDonald says acquisition of AssFiNET will lead to an expansion of its UK offering to brokers.
Acturis Group has acquired German broker software provider AssFiNET, and the firm said it now has more than 400 colleagues around Europe and annual revenues in excess of £45m.
David McDonald, co-CEO at Acturis, told Insurance Age that the purchase would be relevant for insurers in the UK and that it would have an impact on brokers.
