Modus launches landlord insurance product
Product was designed specifically for accidental or part-time landlords, says MGA.
Modus has launched its Landlord's Insurance Product on the Open GI-owned platform PowerPlace.
The specialist managing general agent (MGA) said the product was designed specifically for accidental or part-time landlords and offered a broad cover for a single location across a wide range of properties and tenant types.
