Insurance revenue flat at the AA

Ebitda drops by £2m for the first half of 2016.

The AA's Insurance Services division has posted flat revenues for the six months to 31 July 2016.

The figures showed that revenue for the first half of 2016 was £64m, which is exactly the same as the first half of last year.

The policy numbers in force for the business fell slightly to 1.9m in 2016 from 2.1m in the same six months of 2015.
