There is in my opinion always a balance between consistency and new thinking. On the one hand, as the saying goes, insanity is continuing to do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. If you are on the wrong track then it is right to change. On the other hand how can progress be built without a consistent management team and constant strategy that allows for time to take the rough with the smooth?

Which brings me on to Aviva and the provider’s two major announcements
