Max Taylor, deputy chairman of Aon and former chairman of Lloyd's,
has urged the insurance industry to improve its presentation skills.
Speaking at the official opening of presentation consultancy Effective
Image's London centre, Mr Taylor said he had made a conscious effort to
improve Lloyd's image when he became chairman.
He said: "In the insurance market, business presentations are often an
afterthought for many companies. I believe that it is an area where
businesses have to take
