The company, which has a war chest of tens of millions of pounds, is looking for bolt-on acquisitions of scheme business. Paul Dyer, group communications director, is also set to take a more hands-off role following the recruitment of a new marketing manager, who will be sent out and about to visit the group's regional operations.
