Liverpool-based broker Powell Insurance Brokers has taken over Hodgson Barrow.
The company has relocated to Powell's Liverpool waterfront offices.Eliot Powell, managing director, said: "This move complements our strategy to grow through selective acquisition in addition to new business sales.
