Over 60% of brokers have no website and only 10% are working towards
developing one, according to Link Insurance.


The Lloyd's group sent questionnaires to 4000 of its brokers and said it
was concerned at the high level of brokers that were not making adequate
preparations for e-commerce.


The survey did find, however, that 67% of respondents have access to the
Internet, with a further 19% intending to get connected.
