Thomas Miller Managing Agency has taken over the management ofSyndicate 2241, following approval from Lloyd's and the Financial Services
Authority. The Syndicate will continue to write hull and machinery risks
at Lloyd's but will also market the Codex product for fleets. Dex, a hull
and machinery joint venture, has been underwriting business through the
syndicate in Europe, Asia and North America since 2000.
