Royal & SunAlliance UK Commercial is to cancel a number of non-brokeragencies at the end of November. The servicing of small agency customers
will be transferred to RSA's Business Insurance Direct service
proposition. Brendan McManus, marketing and distribution director of UK
Commercial, said: "By appropriately segmenting our customer database in
this way, we are able to ensure we provide the highest service levels
through the most appropriate distribution method."
