Peter Beddis, chief executive officer of Beddis Hobbs, is selling 30%
of the brokerage to three of its existing directors.


Directors David Wheatley, Neil Dunsby and Stephen Nelms will each take up
a 10% shareholding. Mr Beddis will retain the remaining 70% of the company
and continue to manage and control its long-term plans.


"Releasing 30% of my equity secures our long-term succession plans," said
