Willis Harris Marrian, the Northern Ireland subsidiary of the Willis Group, has acquired independent brokers McGuire Insurance for an undisclosed sum.Founded in 1960, McGuire offers business and personal insurance products, specialising in designing policies for large corporations. The company's staff will relocate to Willis Harris Marrian's Belfast offices, and no redundancies are anticipated. The merged operation will employ over 100 staff and be Northern Ireland's largest insurance broker
