The way to conduct a satisfactory survey.

Q As a broker expanding our business we are considering sending out a customer satisfaction survey. Can you give us some tips on how to do the survey?

It is vital to make absolutely sure the survey process is
accurate.

First, consider if a mailed or telephone survey will work best for your
clients.

For either route, survey questions should be categorised into three
types.

Overall satisfaction: how satisfied are you with our service in
general?

Place this question at the end of the survey, so that its answer will be
affected by more in-depth thinking. Business functions: check satisfaction
with key areas of the business such as marketing, renewals
