Hanover Park's recent award wins have not fazed group md Keith Peraux. He talks to Diane Smyth about the company's ongoing plans for success and its refreshing attitude to management and growth.

It would be reasonable to expect the managing director of Hanover
Park Keith Peraux to be pleased - his company has won two industry awards
so far this year. He remains pragmatic, however, joking: "It was in our
business plan to win an award this year; so to win two - I'm not sure if
we've made a mess of it."


Set up in 1976 by Mr Peraux and the Bowden family, Hanover Park has 160
staff, four offices, exclusive schemes with the major insurers, and
earnings of £10m in commission fees in 1999. This
