Tony Allen, chief executive of Allen & Allen Insurance, is onebusinessman who does not mind taking his work home with him. He is lucky

Allen & Allen was set up in 1968 by Mr Allen's father, Dennis. At the
time, the broker was more heavily involved in commercial lines business,
which was, and still remains, Mr Allen Snr's area of expertise
