Insurers are failing to provide adequate service for their brokers,according to research by the British Insurance Brokers' Association.
The survey of over 1000 brokers, found service at its worst in the area of
claims handling. Brokers also flagged up the resolution of queries,
accuracy in documentation and the general amount of information provided
by insurers, as problem areas. Brokers' said service was particularly bad
