Legal & General Insurance is providing 10% extra cover on itshousehold policies over the Christmas period. All policyholders
automatically receive the extra cover free of charge from 1 December 2001
to 15 January 2002.
It is designed to protect against the theft of Christmas presents, on
which the average household spends £600. John Castagno, managing director
of L&G Insurance, said: "The last thing you want is the worry of the extra
cost of replacing Christmas presents."
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
