A new Employment Practices Protection contract has been rolled out byDAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company, which offers businesses
unconditional legal support to defend employment claims.
The policy will defend any claim and pay tribunal awards as long as
procedures outlined in a pre-cover risk assessment have been
implemented.
The policy is aimed at larger companies with payrolls in excess of
£1m.
It is written on a three year basis and is renewable annually.
