SVB Underwriting Services, the service company of SVB Syndicates atLloyd's, and Capita Assistance have launched a new employment practice
liability product.
Legalplus Employer Protection is aimed at larger commercial organisations
with an annual payroll of £1m or more, although organisations wanting
protection against employment actions may also be interested.
Underwriters' approval is not required prior to a dismissal and indemnity
limits have been raised to £2m.
