Telecom networks come in many guises and, with such choice, there should be little excuse for a potential customer to be left on hold, argues Katherine Brandon
The availability of the right person at a broker to clients is key, though the large quantities of telephone enquiries can clog up telephone systems, leaving clients frustrated by a 'busy' tone. However, technological advances mean that this does not have to happen any more.
