An alarming proportion of insurance brokers are ignorant of thepotential effects the growth of e-business could have on the insurance
industry.
The Confederation of British Industries/PricewaterhouseCoopers E-business
Survey of Financial Services, published last month, found that only 8% of
broker respondents believe that e-business will reshape their industry,
25% said it would only have a moderate impact, with 5% saying it would
have no impact at all.
Despite the indifference towards e-business
