Mark Wood, group chief executive of Sun Life and Provincial Holdings,has joined the board of Axa Nordstern Art Insurance. He is a senior
executive vice president of the Axa Group, which he joined in February
1997 as chief executive of Equity & Law. Prior to this, he was at the AA
where he was managing director with responsibility for its insurance,
financial services, and retail businesses.
