Hill House Hammond's proposed call centre closure could give extra power to its branch network structure, according to Alexandra Lovesey, head of media relations at HHH.
HHH is currently consulting on whether to close its Northampton call centre, a move that would result in 150 redundancies. Lovesey said that if the call centre is closed, as looks likely, the business it handles could be passed over to HHH's branch offices.
