Former Independent Insurance assistant general managers Kevin Palletand Geoff Crisp have confirmed they are forming an underwriting agency, as
revealed by Professional Broking, (October, p3).
Called Fusion Insurance Services, the company also boasts another
ex-Independent AGM - Stuart Pettet, who will join the company in
January.
Scheduled to be launched in Spring 2001, the venture will underwrite
commercial property and liability insurance. SVB Holdings is the majority
shareholder in the company
