Acquisition is the name of the game for the Thomas, Carroll Group,with the insurance broker buying up the Welsh division of Bland
Bankart.
From 4 November, all Cardiff-based Bland Bankart staff will move into the
Thomas, Carroll Group's headquarters in Caerphilly and the company's Welsh
division will cease to exist.
The acquisition means the Thomas, Carroll Group has nearly 90 members of
staff. John Moore, managing director of the Thomas, Carroll Group said his
company saw the acquisition as a good
