AA Insurance has launched a new-look advertising campaign in aneffort to set itself apart from the rest of the insurance market. The
series of 11 ads, which will run throughout 1999, are set in a call centre
and feature a team leader called Leo, giving his staff a rousing speech
about the AA's commitment to becoming a 100% telebroker. George Lowe,
