Giles makes Midlands acquisition
Giles Insurance Brokers has announced the acquisition of the retail broking division of James Hampden Insurance Brokers.
The company, based in Chellaston, near Derby with satellite operations in Hertford and London, specialises in SME and property insurance and has a 10,000 strong client base. According to Giles, the acquisition provides an East Midlands presence in its core SME market.
