Product launches: APC extends niche product
APC has rolled out specialist cover for estate agents and letting agents to its entire agency base.
The product, which was initially developed as a scheme and is available on APC's online trading platform QuoteMac, has been designed to provide letting and estate agents with a policy combining property, liability, legal expenses and professional indemnity cover.
APC said that previously these insurances had to be sourced separately but by providing a broad range of cover under a single policy businesses could avoid multiple renewal dates with various providers.
