Partington unveils his strategy for Gallagher
Dave Partington, head of UK retail offices at Gallagher Heath, has revealed the new structure and plans for acquisitions designed to target SME and corporate growth across the country for the broker.
Six months after taking on the role, Mr Partington, previously broking MD at Towergate, told Insurance Age in an exclusive interview that while implementing the strategy was an on-going process his management team was now complete.
Underneath Mr Partington, who reports into chief executive Patrick Gallagher, are two regional managers with heads of ten offices reporting into them.
Mark Williams, previously head of the broker's Birmingham office, has been promoted to look after Birmingham
