Regulation worries
One year on since the merger of Biba and the IIB, Barbara Bradshaw details her travels to the regions and the concerns over regulation
It has been 12 months since the merger of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) and the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB), everything is up and running within the Biba infrastructure and I am now out meeting brokers. My role as executive director comes with special responsibility for smaller brokers, which means I am out garnering views, seeing what brokers want, along with hearing about their concerns and worries.
A regular challenge I face is refuting a statement I have heard
