Biba announces 2014 conference theme

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has announced that ‘Customer, Customer, Customer’ will be the theme for its 2014 conference.

The event will be held at Manchester Central on 14 and 15 May.

Steve White, chief executive at Biba, said: "If you look across the insurance industry and government, there is a strong focus on the customer, whether that is a consumer, business or broker.

"It is right that with this focus, we explore this very relevant topic at our conference through our keynote speakers and seminars."

Lindsay Campbell, Biba's conference organiser added: "We expect the 2014 conference to be another must-attend
