LV Broker boosts operations team with twin hire
Arrivals expected to support insurer's "future growth plans".
LV Broker has moved to strengthen its operations team with a double hire.
Steve Chatwin, who was previously with RBS, has been named broker training manager charged with delivering a "programme of leadership, underwriting, customer service and business development training".
And Tony Venus has been promoted from head of operational development and control to head of broker services.
He will be responsible for leading the anti-fraud, risk, compliance and audit functions, as well as the broker
