Adding1 relaunches as MGA
Advantage Underwriting launched in Jersey.
Advantage Underwriting has been set up in Jersey to provide a range of insurance policy covers to a network of regional insurance brokers throughout the UK.
Advantage Underwriting is the new name for Adding 1, the broker formerly led by Julie Rodilosso in Jersey.
The new operation has secured capacity from W. R. Berkley Insurance (Europe) for a commercial combined product covering more than 2,500 trades.
It added that it has also recruited a number of experienced commercial underwriters
