Willis and JLT agree 2016 High Court date over team defection
The broker's case includes alleged conspiracy relating to JLT taking some its staff members.
Willis's legal action against the JLT Group and one of its former employees will take place at the High Court in April next year.
The broker is seeking damages for alleged conspiracy, breach of duty and wrongful interference in the proposed sale of its Fine Art, Jewellery and Specie (FAJS) division to Miller Insurance.
All parties agreed to a 20-day trial beginning on 18 April 2016 during a procedural hearing at the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court on Friday 8 May.
